Don't you just hate it when you find an interesting piece of work only to have it spoiled by dialog that's not quite right? If it's going to come from a country who's primary language isn't English, it should be sent over without words so that it can be filled in by someone who'll get the dialog correct.

I've seen things like this on thumbs galleries and such. It reminds me of the now infamous, "All your base are belong to us." Usually it's poor sentence structure or verb tenses, but it can be any number of inappropriate things.

In some cases it is funny, but if it's an otherwise good story line, crappy dialog balloons just ruin it. There's one involving Ron & Kim. Interesting, but a couple of dialog balloons just put a brake on things. Might actually work with some characters, but those kind of errors would not cum from Kim Possible regardless of how horny she was.

first off bad diolague is always funny... second when your into it do u really take the time to make sure the grammar and usage is correct for the sentence structure...It bothers me a LOT. I get frustrated reading your posts sometimes for the same reason. I never text or IM using leet or shorthand if I can avoid it. I ALWAYS use complete sentences. But that comes from the fact I wanted to be a writer when I was younger and believed in the world being a wonderful place.

I Can see Hugan's point the use of full sentences leaves less to be lost in translation... and the problem is that to many kids now are using the IM/Text message formats for standard speak and hake for a rough time in communications hell i have a bad enough time with "southern" and I was raised down here... the 26 years in the military helped with the languages of the rest of the country and over seas as well... but the electronic short hand is really trashing the speech patterns of folks now... Here is a perfect example. (http://heroesofporn.net/awm/07/ph.htm) It's a poor rip-off of American Dad and has horrendous speech.

I totally agree with Hugan. It bothers me equally as much, though I don't have a problem letting people do what they wish. Use leet, shorthand, whatever... just be sure that if you are using it to make some sort of point, to be accurate in your usage.
It's very hard to do, and hence, the reason why learning to write properly in whatever language you primarily use will always prove to be invaluable.
