Has anyone read a manga called Dulce Report? It's about an alien/human merging project with a large side effect.

Never heard of it.

I have 4 chapters of the story, however they are not translated. I will share what I have (each chapter is about 60 pages), but if anyone has a translated version I would like to know. Here are the first five pages of chapter one.
