FLCL is freakin' amazing. The best Anime series evar! It's only 4 or 5 episodes long though, and the series doesn't make a bit of sense. Well, it was made by the person who made Neon Genesis: Evangelion so what d'ya expect!

FLCL is definetl my top 5 of all anime its the most random, messed up completly pointless anime ever but...IT IS FREAKING AWESOME it's like totaly tubular dude my friend was sat there stoned just going Gnarley all the way through lol.

Just to think, the dude who made it killed his wife... the anime he has made (Evangelion etc.) seems to make sense.... in a... wierd... way....yeah.

I tried to enjoy FLCL but with absolutely no idea what's going on at all and a generaly non-sensical synopsis to boot, I found it hard to see what all the hype was about.

Still, at least the animation was decent and the opening was rather cute :)

PaperClips that's the whole idea, lol. Dont' take it seriously and it's a rather enjoyable experience. Plus, I kinda get what's going on... :D

FLCL was like one of the first shows that i have seen that senduces a little boy to get her BF out of a void... and the weapons are a crazy robot and an ax(not the woodcutter one either) =D

flcl is longer then 5 episodes... i think it is a 1 maybe 2 season long anime... was on adult swim... you could find more episodes streaming if you wanted =D

Actually, FLCL is exactly 6 episodes. I have the whole series. One of the reasons it is so brilliant is the shortness of it. You do not get any filler episodes like other series.

i have watch it a while ago and the first time i watched it i kinda got it. i loved the show and would love to see more of it.

The mood, the action, the characters-they were all spot on.
It was drenched in metaphors, and I had to watch it twice to figure everything out.

FLCL is great, perverted humor and a psychological mind fuck, I personally loved this series and think it's one of the best I've ever seen.

According to wiki it was some sort of "experimental anime"

I bought the first volume of 3 (in germany) and I didn't really know, what the anime is about.
Then I saw it and it was a lot of fun to view it and view it again and again and again...

The story makes sense. The anime seems to be senseless, but what you might not see is the serious story. Maybe you have to look it two or three times to understand, what I mean.

FLCL is one of my top five and IMHO, one of the best ever. Short series, strange, funny, and at times serious. In short, it's about life :).
